Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer standard international shipping to provide you with the best rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: 7 - 12 business days

  • Canada: 7 - 12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 - 15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via the Shop App.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes WeeKnd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Packages If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.
